What we do 02

Automation.
Back to what pays.

Your best hours belong to the work that makes you money. We take over the tedious steps in between: the data entry, follow-ups, reminders, and handoffs.

Scheduled care. Clear limits.

Each plan’s time for checks and alert review is separate from its time for repairs and changes. Automated failure alerts go to the agreed contact, and human review happens during support hours, so this is scheduled care rather than continuous staffed monitoring. Allowances do not roll over. New workflows and further investigation or repairs are quoted first. Software and usage fees are separate.

A few useful details.

What counts as a workflow or connection?

A workflow starts with one event or schedule and follows one agreed process. For example, an enquiry creates a customer record and sends a follow-up.

An action is one configured business task; we count the distinct actions across all branches, including AI tasks and approval steps. A connection is one account in one tool; reusing it across your included workflows counts once. We list the steps, volume limits, and connections before you commit.

Do I need other subscriptions?

Your existing tools may be enough, or you may need an automation platform. AI use, messages, and some connections also carry usage charges. We identify the services and estimated running costs before building.

What if my process changes?

Two rounds of adjustments within the agreed process are included before sign-off. After launch, optional care can cover small adjustments within its allowance. New processes, connections, and larger changes receive a separate quote.

Are fixes included after launch?

We include 30 days of fixes for work that does not match the agreed scope. Corrections covered by that period do not use a revision round or your paid care allowance.

What does ‘starting at’ mean?

Each starting price covers the scope listed. The systems involved, content, complexity, or additional requirements may change the final amount. We’ll agree on the work and provide a written quote before you commit.

Payments, changes, and supportHow quotes, billing, fixes, and ownership work
Project and setup payments
50% when you accept the written scope, and 50% when the agreed deliverables are approved and ready for launch or final handover. Monthly billing begins when the ongoing service starts. Your quote states milestone values, dependencies, and delivery dates before any payment.
Cancelling a project
You pay for completed work and any previously approved third-party costs that cannot be recovered. Any remaining prepaid balance is returned, calculated from the milestone values in your quote.
Monthly services
Billed in advance on your monthly service anniversary, with no minimum term or annual commitment. Cancel by email before the next renewal and service continues to the end of the paid period. There are no partial-month or unused-allowance refunds, and incurred usage remains payable. If we end a service early, we refund the undelivered portion.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades normally begin at the next renewal; an earlier change needs agreement on its price and allowance. We never move you to a higher-priced plan automatically. Extra project work needs a written quote and your approval.
Fixes and revisions
The included correction period is 30 calendar days after launch for live systems, or after final delivery for design and creative work. It covers defects against the written scope, not new requirements or later changes by you or third parties. An issue reported within the period stays covered until it is corrected. Corrections do not use revision rounds or paid support time. A revision round is one collected set of feedback within the agreed direction.
Ownership
Your data and the accounts you own stay yours throughout. Accepted custom deliverables transfer to you after full payment, with the agreed editable or source files, documentation, access, and available exports. We identify third-party licenses, hosted-platform restrictions, and reusable components before you commit, including the rights you need to use them. Unused concepts and underlying third-party platforms do not transfer.
Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, excluding US federal holidays. During a paid service or the included correction period, we aim to give an initial response within two business days, or one business day if the delivered system’s core function is unavailable. These are response targets, not guaranteed repair times or continuous monitoring. Additional work is scoped and priced before it starts.
Allowances
Time and usage allowances reset at renewal and do not roll over. Changes are defined before work begins. Where review and repair allowances are listed separately, each stays available on its own. Delivery failures caused by a provider are handled as service issues, not counted against your allowance.

Starting point

We’ll suggest one

Software subscriptions and usage fees are separate. We estimate them before building.

Start a conversation

Opens an email draft. Every project starts with an agreed scope and written quote.

All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are additional. The package lists the starting scope; additional work and any separate service fees are shown in your quote before you commit.

What’s possible

What we can connect.

Keep the work that pays. Hand off the rest. These are the kinds of work we can bring into a project; your package lists what it includes, and anything more is quoted first.
