Each plan covers one website within the agreed scope. Scheduled care is separate from content-update time. Support and alert review take place during business hours.
Content updates cover supplied text, images, prices, opening hours, and links on existing pages. Your allowance includes making, testing, and publishing those changes. Time is a monthly total, not added across tiers, and does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features, and extra time are quoted before work starts.
Need more than the listed Care Plus scope? We agree on the monthly workload and price together. Existing clients keep their current agreement unless a change is agreed in writing.
Each price is the starting point for the scope listed. More complex layouts, additional content, integrations, or hosting needs can affect the final price. We’ll agree on the work and give you a written quote before you commit.
You provide your business information, logo, and any photographs or other assets you want to use. Launch includes light editing of your supplied text. Business, Growth, and Signature include writing for the agreed website pages, up to 400 words per page, using the information you provide. Original research, photography, and blog articles are quoted separately. A new logo or identity is available through the brand design packages, shown as its own item in your written quote.
For blogs and portfolios, your quote specifies the included layouts and initial entries. Ongoing articles and case studies are quoted separately.
Setup of a supported connection or embed for a tool you already use, such as online booking or email sign-up. The package lists the total number of connections included. Custom software, complex workflows, and the tool provider’s fees are separate.
Each round is one collected set of feedback on the agreed design and content. Fixing something we built incorrectly does not use a revision round. Additional rounds or changes to the agreed scope are quoted first.
Website builds and monthly hosting or care are separate. Base hosting is $25/month for a brochure website. Essential, Care, and Care Plus add hands-on service. We’ll show your build and monthly plan separately in your quote. Domain registration, business email, paid tools, and usage beyond the agreed hosting allowance are additional unless your quote includes them.
Base suits a simple, mostly unchanged brochure website. It covers hosting, your existing domain connection, SSL, cached delivery, and email help with hosting issues. It does not include content edits, scheduled website checks, managed file backups, or application maintenance. Websites with a content management system, a store, logins, or custom software need a separately agreed care scope.
Every quote sets the hosting usage allowance and any third-party fees. If your needs grow, we agree on a change before adding charges.
The listed $175/month scope includes up to 120 minutes of content updates and the checks, summaries, and quarterly review shown above. More monthly work, more complex forms or tool connections to maintain, or higher hosting usage can increase the price. Your written quote sets the monthly fee and included work before service begins. Extra work is approved first.

The scheduled checks and summaries listed in your plan are separate from your content-update allowance. Routine compatible software updates are included in the maintenance review; major upgrades, third-party failures, and changes outside the agreed scope are assessed and quoted separately. Corrections to our own work do not use your content-update time.
Essential and higher plans include daily backups of website files, kept for 30 days, and recovery from an available backup. Database records, store orders, inboxes, and data held by other services need a separately agreed backup scope. A file backup does not cover those systems.
Support and monitoring alerts are handled Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, excluding US federal holidays. We aim to reply within two business days, or one business day for a website outage. These are initial-response targets, not guaranteed repair times or 24/7 staffing. Care Plus moves routine requests ahead in the queue.
Existing clients keep their agreed pricing and services unless we agree to a change in writing.
